You can almost smell the salt air now, the breeze on your face, and the sand in your toes, eerr paws. I know my two dogs are thrilled with the warm weather, the longer days, and the brilliant sunshine. It makes them want to BARK, throw your tail up and BARK, hey hey hey hey....Wait I digress. In the spirit of vacations, and all things fun, tell us what you are doing this Summer. Are your furry friends included? What's their favorite thing to do in the Summer? Be sure to include them in our Photo Gallery. I'll create a special folder to spotlight our Summer Shananigans. Don't forget the boat drinks, suntan lotion, biscuits, and of course your Original All Style, No Stink Dog Collar.

Now this is our definition of a true sports dog. A big Dublin Dog shout out to this little fella and his owner for enjoying the outdoors to its fullest. This cracks me up. This dog has more skills than me, much less my two crazy dogs. We want to party with Pete. Does your dog have a special skill? Tell us about it. What's the most fun thing you like to do with your dog?
Today is Friday the 13th, and I knew it right away with the horror and carnage I encountered first thing this morning. What horror and carnage you say? The kind that occurs when your Lab rolls on a dead raccoon carcass that’s about 6 days past the expiration date. It’s the kind of smell that slaps you in the face, then pulls your nostrils out 7 inches and then shoves a little more “stank” up there for good measure. Have you had such an experience? To make it worse, we were on our way here to the office when it occurred. Meanwhile the staff was enjoying their morning coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc while whistling something about TGIF. Then wham!!! Jake, carcass-roller extraordinaire barrels in with a little extra wag in his tail and nasty on his neck. Needless to say, thank heavens I own a company that makes a rubberized dog collar. A few minutes under the sink with coconut scented hand soap and life was good again....for the most part. There is still some mystery spots lingering on Jake’s body. He’s savoring those areas like a Now & Later. So here’s to Friday the thirteenth, dead bodies and all.
Slides aren’t just for kids anymore. I laughed my butt off when I saw this little number. What a riot. Perhaps Caesar Milan should get one of these for all his clients versus a treadmill. By the way, did I mention our collars are 100% waterproof. The weather is getting warmer, Spring is right around the corner. Before you know it, we'll all be doing bellyflops into our favorite watering hole. Rock on Doberman, you are nuts, and I love you for it.
It’s Friday afternoon and the work week is almost over….at least for some. However when you’re fortunate enough to love your job, no day is ever truly work in the traditional sense. I’m heading out this weekend to meet up with fabricator extraordinaire, Brock Warwick. Brock has volunteered his time to help create the Dublin Dog Foundation dream sidecar. This sidecar will be part of a major fundraising drive to raise enough money to provide a disabled individual with a service dog, while our donation will go to cover every expense for the life of the dog, as well as the dog itself. Anyhow, you’ll hear a lot more about that in the very near future. Back to the point, I’m heading out to meet up with Brock to see our progress and to then determine the final paint scheme for the bike and sidecar. I’m very excited. It’s taken me over a year to bring this idea to life, but now we’re almost there and I’m so pumped. Be sure to check out the Dublin Dog Foundation website and blog for more details.
